Heraldic Boast for Altan of Flaming Gryphon

Boast for Altan of Flaming Gryphon's elevation to the Order of the Pelican, written by Friedrich Wolferam von Danzig

ALTAN APPROACHES, HONORED SOVEREIGNS!

Loud must I sing his praises, for far too quiet is he!

Soft-spoken, strong of soul, steadfast—see!

Silent, still!

Scale-wyrm’s Heart, Sovereign’s servant

Shuttles, schleps, signs you in,

Steward, Spear-shepherd, silver-sentinel,

Florin-keeper, faithful Forester

Find him at Gate, at Range,

at hand Hours hence from home

helping wholeheartedly whoever had hope

of heroes like him

Quiet, though current quest concluded

Do him deserved honor, Midrealm

As we all know he never will
