Great Officers of State

The chief kingdom officers of the major offices, members of the Curia Regis. Great Officers are given a Grant of Arms after a probationary period.

The current Great Officers of State are:

All wear an elaborate cloisonne medallion to mark their rank, while the Seneschal, Dragon Herald and Earl Marshal may have other ceremonial garb as well. They are also known as Great Lords and Ladies of State.

Typically, kingdom officers serve for two years, sometimes extended for a third.

Each may have various Lesser Officers of State underneath them such as the Dragon signet who is a Lesser Officer under the Dragon Herald.
