There is a commander for each of the martial arts in the middle kingdom. They are known as the Armored General, Archery General, and Rapier General. These Middle Kingdom Command Staff reports to the Earl Marshall.

Before xxx, the kingdom Marshal and General office were the same. The office was then split, with the Kingdom Marshals handling all the policy and administrative duties and the General staff put in charge of the Midrealm army activities.
Much of the responsibilities of the these commanders are overseeing the many martial activities that happen at the wars. They negotiate with the opposite side and help plan the battles and shoots. Outside of War operations, the command staff encourages the populous to continue honing their skills. Each Marshal may also appoint lieutenant Generals to assist them. The normal term of office is three years, after which they choose a successor with the approval of the royalty.
