The particular art or science the apprentice pursues is not necessarily the same as the one the Laurel is proficient in.<br /> <br /> While the color of belt is not denoted nor restricted by Middle Kingdom [[sumptuary law]], many apprentices are recognizable by their wearing of [[green belts]].
