Marshal in Training

Marshal In Training. All regulated activities within the SCA require their marshals to undergo a training period beforehand. MITs have most of the full authority of a warranted marshal, but have to have their work overseen or "signed off on" by a warranted marshal.

Pronounced either "M-I-T" or "mitt."
