Herald-at-Large

In the Middle Kingdom once you hold a senior herald position that has a title of Herald such as Escutcheon Herald or Buckler Herald you are considered to have obtained the rank of Herald (even if you later hold an position with a Pursuivant title). Those that have obtained the rank of Herald that do not currently have a title are considered a Herald-at-Large.
