College of Arms

The Laurel Sovereign of Arms, his/her staff, the Principal Heralds of all the kingdoms and a variety of other commenters, deputies and heraldic officials are collectively termed the College of Arms, as distinguished from the Colleges of Heralds of the various kingdoms, like the Middle Kingdom College of Heralds.
