This is a judged A&S Display usually for some prize or, as in the case of the Kingdom A&S and Regional A&S, for a "place" ranking or arts position such a A&S Champion. Some competitions are scored by qualifed A&S judges using the A&S criteria, others are voted on by the populace with ballots or by "bean count".
