The Call of the Waterhorse was an event regularly held by the Shire/Canton of Fearann na Criche.
It was typically held in late summer at Old Orchard Park in Oscoda, MI.
The event is known for rustic camping overlooking the Au Sable River, great feast and reading of the legend of the Waterhorse.
The event was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and has not been hosted since, falling to legend much like that of its namesake.
