History

Master Llewellan ap Tiernan served as Middle Kingdom Minister of Arts and Science. He is best known for his reform of the Kingdom A&S Faire changing the format to face-to-face judging by default and other sweeping changes which brought an increase in participation and satisfaction in the Faire system.
