A command given to armored and rapier combatants meaning, "start (or resume after a hold) combat."
Marshals occasionally use other equivalents of this phrase, such as ""Laissez allez!" or "Allez Fence!" (the latter for rapier combat). Care should be taken by the marshal to not confuse the issue and make sure each combatant knows that combat is starting (or resuming).
