The Ancient and Honorable Crowns of the Middle Kingdom are used for Coronations and high ceremonies. They are actually not the first Crowns of the Midrealm; those were sand-cast by Duke Cariadoc and gifted to (Ealdormere?) when they became a Kingdom.
