Armored combatant

An Armored combatant or heavy weapon fighter is someone who engages in the practice of donning recreations of medieval or renaissance armor and doing combat with rattan weapons.

In the Midrealm in order to become an authorized armored combatant you must be a S.C.A. member, go though a training procees and pass fighter a authorization test. All authorized fighters are registered in the Kingdom authorization database maintained by the Clerk of the Roster. In the past, fighters carried an Authorization Card proving that they were authorized.
