Coursing

The sport of racing greyhounds or other dogs. In the Midrealm, dogs are not actually raced. A course is laid out with a series of pulleys and a thin cord strung in a loop. The cord pulls a lure at speed and the dogs chase and attempt to catch the lure. Dogs typically run the course individually. This is generally done as a demonstration.

There are three hound Packs in the Middle Kingdom Coursing Guild. First is the Huntly Pack Being developed for adopted and Loved GreyHounds,. These are the Queens Pack. Second is La Florentine pack for the Italian grey Hounds also Known as the Princess Pack. The third is the Rose Pack it consists of all other breeds. These belong to the Past Queens of Court.
