Service Projects

• Fenix Website - While Chronicler, Roisin offered to help rebuild the website after it was lost in a server conversion. With the rebuild, Fenix now has 1) a way to access their Baronial OP and list of known award recipients, 2) a form that allows for Baronial award recommendations to be emailed directly to the baronage, 3) a "Contact Us" button that offers a way for interested people or organizations to contact the Chatelaine with questions.
  • Fenix Order of Precedence - Roisin created a searchable database for the Fenix website to allow people to see what awards people have received. It is easily updated by the Herald or Webminister

• Fenix Archival Project - Roisin and her husband Gabriel have been working on scanning and digitizing the paperwork of decades past. The group began in 1974 so this is a big task.

• RUM Website - Roisin worked with the RUM Provost Parzival Angist to link the RUM Credit & Degree Database maintained by the Provost to the RUM Website and allow students and teachers to easily see what classes they have entered, how many credits they have earned, and what degrees have been received.

• Started the "Meet the Barony" feature in the Fenix newsletter which was nominated as Best Regular Feature in the 2025 BlackFox Awards
• Assisted Raziya al-Zarqa in the Barony of Flame Correction of Flame's place in the Order of Precedence with the help of files scanned during the Fenix Archival Project
• Member of the Crown Tourney Field Guide Team for Spring 2025 Crown Tournament, contacting people for heraldry and pictures to be put in the guide
