List

The List or List field is the area in which combat is designated to take place. Usually a barrier of some sort (in other kingdoms called "the Eric") will be arranged around the List to prevent spectators from wandering into the combat area - or combatants from maneuvering out of it!

The term is applied to any accoutrements of the list such as the List barrier (frequently made up of List poles and a List rope), the List table where the Minister of the lists sits and keeps track of wins or losses in a tournament.
