College

A College is a territorial branch that is usually (but not always) located at a college or university. If made up entirely of students it may not function when the school out of session.

Alternatively the term College can refer to an event or group of people most notibly the College of Heralds or College of Scribes. In general, there are no rules governing the usage of the term in the Middle Kingdom.
