	\|This year the Schutzenfest was held at Reign Of Arrows on August 28th with a large number of competitors. For the second time the winners in all three divisions returned to defend their prizes. Forester Aelfric the Kestrell was defending in the SCA period archery equipment division. Forester Eoin Rengarth was defending in the crossbow division. Jaeger Muldonny McVriw was defending in the open handbow division. There were a series of challenging targets in the field and more in the adjacent woods. These were similar to the challenging targets we shoot at the champions competition at Pennsic. The results were as follows. The winner in the SCA period archery equipment division was Forester Aelfric the Kestrell who again successfully defended and retains his prize. In the crossbow division the winner was Eoin Rengarth who also defended and retains his prize. In the open handbow division Jaeger Muldonny McVriw was outshot by Baron Cadwgan Faber. This was quite a feat on Cadwgan's part since he was up against a large field of very skilled archers.
